If you make a change to your deed, such as a name change, or if you refinance, please make sure that you still

 have your Homestead and Farmstead Exemptions.  You may need to fill out another application in order

 to receive your exemption.

Office Hours 

 The office is open now 8:30 to 5pm Monday to Friday

  for Walk Ins, except for the days listed below.

        Office Closed on the following days

October 18

  November 28 through December 1st

December 24 through January 1st

​​ ​Please use the secure "After Hours Drop Off" box   hanging on the front fence if the office is closed.

 

  If you make your payments by mail on the last day, Please make sure to take them into the Post Office and get them   Postmarked. Too many are getting postmarked late or not at all.  Remember if your check is made out incorrectly, it will get   returned to you, and this is not considered on time.  Metered mail is not acceptable.

If your taxes are escrowed--Please make sure to forward your tax bills to your mortgage company unless they tell you they do not require you to send them your tax bill.  Tax bills are mailed to the property owner.
